Resize without guessing

Enter the exact pixel width and height required by your destination. With aspect ratio locked, changing one dimension automatically adjusts the other to preserve the original shape.

Quality and file limits

  • Reducing dimensions removes pixels; enlarging cannot restore details that were not in the original.
  • JPG uses a white background for transparent areas. WebP and PNG preserve transparency.
  • Maximum source file: 15 MB. Maximum dimensions: 6,000 px on either side and 16 megapixels.

Image resizer FAQs

What dimensions should I choose?

Use the pixel width and height requested by the website or platform where the image will appear. The quick presets are starting points, not platform requirements.

Why does the new image look different?

Resampling changes pixels. Reducing dimensions can soften fine details, while enlarging may make an image look less sharp. The format and quality setting also affect the output.

Are images sent to Sarmaya Labs?

No. The image is decoded, resized and exported in your browser. The selected image file is not uploaded to our server.
